How long does it take to get our furniture?

We advise giving your furniture's arrival up to four to six weeks. The majority of our furniture ships out roughly 4 days after the order is placed, so it usually arrives earlier.

What happens if I miss my delivery appointment with the carrier?

If you and the carrier agree on a delivery time and you are not available to accept delivery, you can be charged a redelivery fee. Re-delivery fees can be expensive and normally start at $75. Do not forget to keep your appointment.

I ordered multiple items but they did not arrive together.

In some circumstances, the carrier, like FedEx, may separate containers in transit, and the delivery will take place the following day. If you ordered products from more than one manufacturer, that is another reason why they could not arrive together. Items may arrive at different times because we ship from many manufacturers' warehouses directly while we ship from a few manufacturers' warehouses.
